Surrogate intake specialist job details


  • At least 2 years of marketing experience in surrogacy, egg donation or fertility related fields.
  • Experienced background in website marketing, advertising, social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and public relations.
  • Strong communication skills, customer service and organization.
  • Available to work flexible hours & overtime when needed.
  • Good at teamwork and helping other departments as needed.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.


  • Organize social media and meet-up events and other innovative ways to grow surrogate & egg donor database.
  • Follow up application leads, including needed documents and appointments, and make sure all the applicants are reachable and all profiles are complete.
  • Set up appointment and conduct interviews with surrogate and egg donor applicants.
  • Reviewing surrogate and egg donor applications; telling candidates about the surrogacy and egg donation process, benefits and answering their questions.
  • Emailing and following up with potential surrogates and egg donors; guiding them through the screening process; maintaining internal records and databases; and various other tasks as needed.
  • Work closely with intended parent coordinator on matching and case management.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

Salary: $25-$50 an hour

Surrogacy case manager job details


  • At least 2 year experience of related business and surrogate and/or case management.
  • Previous experience as a gestational surrogate or donor or work experience in IVF and infertility industry is extremely valued.
  • Available to work flexible hours & overtime when needed.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel and must have valid driver’s license.
  • Highly efficient and organized.
  • Multi-task handler.
  • Proficient with all office tools.
  • 2 years experience required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.


  • Manage cases of intended parents and their surrogates/egg donors, which includes overseeing, administrative duties, logistics and relationship management throughout the surrogacy journey.
  • Collaborate with intended parents team, surrogacy team, IVF team, egg donation team and accounting to support intended parents and surrogates throughout their surrogacy journey.
  • Provide first-class customer service, which includes providing concierge-type services, scheduling after-hours calls or meetings and being available on a weekend for a time-sensitive issue.
  • Prepare administrative documents including but not limited to legal referrals, medical match sheets, embryo transfer confirmation forms, insurance applications, etc.
  • Update intended parents on the surrogate status in a weekly report or via phone calls for an emergency.
  • Travel to fertility centers, hospitals and other locations as necessary to provide support during appointments.
  • Provide continuous emotional and social support to the surrogates. Resolve issues for surrogate candidates and intended parents to ensure they feel supported, comfortable and well cared for.
  • Follow up, communicate and coordinate with 3rd parties such as clinics, law firms and hospitals to ensure smooth operations and experiences for all parties.
  • Communicate with delivery hospitals and provide supporting documents and assistance to ensure intended parents and surrogates a smooth delivery, baby discharge, etc.
  • Complete other administrative duties as required.

Salary: From $20 an hour
